FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Our service offers a fixed term contract for your properties, usually within 2 years or potentially longer. During this time we sublet the property in our company name, often this will be to professionals or local authorities who treat the properties as their own. In order for us to do this the property must be licence at HMO (House of multiple occupancy) and comply with all rules and regulations.

GUEST SCREENING

The security of your property is very important to us, giving you peace of mind of who stays in the property all guests are verified and screened with proof of Identification. If there are any hiccups/issues around your stay please contact our dedicated customer support team who will be happy to assist you!

PROFESSIONAL PROPERTY | MAINTENANCE

We strive for high quality standard maintenance throughout the property, our amazing team ensure all maintenance, cleaning, repairs and a thorough inspection is completed after every stay. Keeping your property 5*, 365 days a year.

PAYMENTS

For the entire term of the agreement you will always receive your rent whether the property be occupied or vacant. With that said put your slippers on as our loyal & dedicated team will take care of it all!
