FOR OUR GUESTS

As a company we connect with our guests from the get go their visit, to organise check in procedures to enable a smooth start to your stay. You will receive a 24-hour contact number that you can message in case of emergency.

Our properties are all self catering, but we do provide basic cleaning materials, toiletries and hand wash as well as a selection of tea, coffee and biscuits.

Please note more than one week stays a cleaner will come to the property to give a deep clean, clean linen, hand towels, towels and add more toiletries if needed. This will be included within the rate charged.

CANCELLATIONS

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time. This policy means that for any stays longer than 28 days, guests are able to cancel 60 nights before however after this, they will be charged 100% of the blocked dates/reservation. We strongly recommend that clients and guests purchase adequate travel insurance.

PROPERTY USE

All keys, building fobs, and parking permits must be returned. Farah nights has the right to charge for any late departure, we reserve the right to remove all persons and property from the apartment. All properties are to be used solely as short term lets. All lets should only be occupied up to the amount of people specified on the booking details. More than the quoted number of people will not be permitted. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Smoking is not prohibited. No pets, sorry. We reserve the right to refuse admittance if these terms are not observed, therefore leading to forfeiting the deposit and cancelation.

DATA PROTECTION

Farah Nights Ltd are the sole data controller of all data given to us by clients and prospective clients and will work according with the Data Protection Act 1998 at all times.

COMPLAINTS

Should there be any cause for complaint or nuisance  before, during or after your stay please contact us as soon as possible.

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE

It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure that the property is secure at all times during the stay and that any loss or damage is reported immediately. Unreported losses may be charged. Please report any damage to us immediately. Blatant, malicious damage will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Please be aware that it is essential to comply with the rules and regulations outlined during your stay. Failure to do so may lead to a deduction from your security deposit.
